O1 — CAN WE LEAVE CIV. 9?
Of course… If you wanna have your brains fried right inside your skull or something. It’s unsafe outside, unfortunately, and so we would recommend that you don’t try and find a way to the surface. Not yet, at least.
O2 — HOW DOES CIV. 9 LOOK LIKE?
Imagine a city underground with running electricity and water and a simulated sun and sky and stars and all that jazz. We want you to feel as close to home as possible!

O3 — ARE WE ABLE TO CROSS INTO THE OTHER CIVILIZATIONS?
No! You are however aware of their existence. Maybe in the future you will be allowed to venture into one of them but … we don’t personally believe you will like what you find …
O4 — WEAPONS/ABILITIES/PETS?
You keep ‘em! Although keep in mind we will not tolerate you using your weapons or abilities to harm the civilization or it’s people. as for pets, keep them at your side at all times! We wouldn’t want anything bad happening to your lovelies.
Obviously, game-breaking powers will be limited on a case-by-case basis.
O5 — WHAT IF OUR CHARACTER IS MARRIED IN CANON?
No longer valid. Whatever relationship you had outside of Civ. 9 will not be recognized by the scientists or doctor Robert. We are sorry.
O6 — JOBS?
You are required to have at least ONE job, the maximum is three. You will find them under the job list when it’s updated. If you would like to recommend a job to us, drop us a message! … Keep in mind that jobs along the line of private detectives, police officers, lawyers, judges, prosecutors — anything involving the LAW will not be accepted for Doctor Robert takes care of the bad apples … personally.
O7 — CAN WE RESERVE MORE THAN ONE CHARACTER AT ONCE?
Maximum is two! There is no wait limit for when you reserve your second.
O8 — MY SPOUSE HAS BEEN INACTIVE FOR A WHILE NOW …
If by a while you mean more than a week, we will assign you a new spouse!
O9 — DO WE HAVE TO HAVE A BABY?
No. The basis of the roleplay is procreation but you do not have to present us with a baby at the end of the day! neither do you have to smut or limit yourself to just your spouse. Do what you like!
1O — WHEN ARE YOU OFFICIALLY AN ADULT?
Ages 16 and up!
11 — I DIED!!!
You wake up in the pod you first woke up in, of course! wounds healed and no scars have been left behind. … We can’t do much about the memory of your death, however.
12 — GENDERBENDS?
Canon genderbends, like the Nyotalia cast or the cast of Fionna and Cake are allowed. However genderbends like Vocaloids and the like are not. They aren’t canon but they are fanmade and in a sense … oc’s?
13 — IS THIS AN AU?
nope! this is not an au. your world might not have been bombed and you just don’t know it! you can however adjust your bio to an au if you’d like but it’s not required.
14 — MY CHARACTER IS A GHOST/ANDROID/ECT
we won’t tell you how to play your character. They can still remain a ghost and an android and such, the doctor will find a way around it. It is encouraged to play them as human for the sake of making things a lot easier!
15 — MY CHARACTER IS OVER 15! WHY ARE THEY IN THE ORPHANAGE?
Your spouse must be under the age of 16, then! If your spouse is under the legal age, you will be housing in the orphanage along with them. We don’t want to waste housing space for only one person and so it’s a lot easier to put them there so that adult couples can have a home. That and it keeps the list cleaner!!
16 — CAN WE PREPLAN PAIRINGS?
Nope. the pairings are decided by the mods, sorry!
